SCNA welcomed new board members and approved bylaw changes at the annual meeting, signaling strong financial recovery and near pre-COVID rental levels at Sierra 2. Updates include voting rights adjustments, board size reduction, and new officer removal criteria. The League of Women Voters oversaw the election.
