Renters are responsible for hiring their own qualified lighting and audio technicians with experience in theatre equipment and safety practices. Sierra 2 Center can provide a list of recommended technicians and production companies that have previously worked with renters.

Facility Monitors and office personnel are not trained technicians and cannot assist with theatre equipment.

The theatre is equipped with an ETC Element 40-250 programmable lighting control console, allowing easy cue programming and up to 40 submasters.

➞ Dimming: 34 dimmers (2400 watts each), hard-patched to three fixed electrics and the FOH lighting beam
➞ DMX Control: Runs between control booth and stage, allowing for additional dimmers or intelligent lighting
➞ Lighting Zones: Stage is divided into three upstage and three downstage areas for a uniformly lit 16-foot deep, 25-foot wide performance area

Sierra 2 Center offers two free parking lots plus on-street parking for guests.

Payments:

➞ A signed contract, policy form, and refundable deposit are required to secure a booking.
➞ Full payment is due 120 days before the event. Non-payment will result in forfeiture of dates and deposit.

Cancellations:

➞ More than 120 days before event: Deposit refunded, minus cancellation fee.
➞ Less than 120 days before event: Only the deposit is refunded, minus cancellation fee.
➞ All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

➞ Capacity: 296 guests, including 262 fixed seats, space for folding chairs, and five wheelchair-accessible spots.
➞ Seating Options: Seats are numbered for reserved or open seating. Refer to the detailed seating chart for layout options.
➞ Wheelchair Access: Available through an indoor hallway entrance via the main building. ADA seating charts outline accessible entry points.

The theatre’s sound system is managed from the control booth and includes:

➞ Behringer X32 Producer 32-Channel Digital Mixing Console with Midas Preamps
➞ Two QSC amplifiers and two flown QSC AP-5102 500-Watt speakers
➞ CD player/iPod/MP3/WMA combo unit with an auxiliary XLR input for external devices
➞ Additional Equipment Available for Rent:
➞ Wired and wireless microphones
➞ Eartec Wireless Communication headsets
➞ QSC E10 10-Inch Passive Speaker Stage Monitors
➞ Piano, cabling, and a portable PA system
