Sierra 2 Center offers versatile rental spaces for meetings, classes, receptions, and gatherings of all sizes. With lush courtyards for indoor-outdoor seating, three studios, and a theatre, our venue is perfect for lessons, performances, and special events. Rooms are available by the hour or on a monthly basis to suit your needs.
Conveniently located in Curtis Park on 24th Street near Broadway, Sierra 2 Center provides two free on-site parking lots for easy access.

Sierra 2 Center offers versatile rental spaces for meetings, classes, receptions, and gatherings of all sizes. Our lush courtyards provide indoor/outdoor seating, while our three studios and theatre are ideal for lessons, performances, and special events. Rooms are available by the hour or on a monthly basis to fit your needs.
A staff member will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours, but please note this is a request form, not a contract. Your booking is confirmed only after signing a rental contract and submitting the deposit.

Planning an Event at Sierra 2 Center?

What happens if something is damaged during my event?
âžž Any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing equipment will be deducted from your deposit or billed separately.
âžž Renters are responsible for damage caused by vendors, DJs, caterers, or guests.
What if my event is disrupted? Sierra 2 Center staff have the right to modify or stop an event if there are:
âžž Policy violations
âžž Excessive noise complaints
âžž Safety concerns
What is the cancellation policy?
➞ 60+ days before the event → Deposit refunded minus $50 cancellation fee (Curtis Hall, Garden Room, Room 10)
➞ 30+ days before the event → Deposit refunded minus $25 cancellation fee (All other rooms)
➞ Less than 30 days before the event → Rental fees are forfeited, and only the deposit is refunded (minus the cancellation fee).
âžž No-shows are considered cancellations and will forfeit all rental fees.
How are refunds processed?
âžž Refunds are issued by check within 10 business days after cancellation.
Can I modify my rental time?
âžž Rental time must include setup, event, and cleanup.
âžž Early arrivals are not allowed unless pre-arranged and paid for in advance.
âžž Time extensions may be available for an additional fee.
What if my event runs late?
âžž Late departures will be charged in 30-minute increments and deducted from the deposit.
Are alcohol and smoking allowed?
âžž Only beer, wine, and champagne are allowed. Hard liquor and cannabis are prohibited.
âžž Only nonprofits with an ABC permit may sell alcohol.
Is security required for my event?
Security is mandatory for:
âžž Memorials
➞ Teen parties, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, and 21st birthdays
âžž Events selling beer and wine
Security is not required for business meetings or events under 100 guests (approved by Sierra 2 Staff).
What are the decoration policies?
➞ Only blue painter’s tape may be used for hanging signs and decorations.
âžž No nails, adhesives, paint, chalk, or permanent fixtures allowed.
âžž Decorations that could trigger motion alarms cannot be left overnight.
Are cooking facilities available?
âžž Curtis Hall and Garden Room have prep kitchens with a microwave, sink, and refrigerator.
âžž Cooking is NOT allowed on-site (no barbecuing, grilling, or propane use).
âžž Food trucks and caterers must be pre-approved and provide proper licensing.
Can I have music or amplified sound?
âžž Bands, DJs, and speakers must remain indoors with doors and windows closed.
âžž No subwoofers allowed.
âžž Music must end by 10:00 PM.
To secure your rental, you must:
âžž Submit a signed rental contract
âžž Pay the required deposit
âžž Follow all rental policies & guidelines
What is included with my rental?
âžž Tables & chairs (set up by Sierra 2 staff)
âžž PA system, microphones, projectors, podiums (available by request, fees may apply)
What am I responsible for?
âžž Table linens & utensils (not provided)
âžž Removing all trash and decorations after the event
âžž Leaving the room empty & clean (extra janitorial fees will be deducted from the deposit if needed)
