Steps to Book a Room:
➞ Choose a space that fits your needs.
➞ Review rental policies & rates to ensure a good fit.
➞ Submit a rental inquiry form (submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation).
➞ A staff member will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability.
➞ If available, pay the deposit and any required rental fees, then sign and return the contract within 24 hours to secure your booking.
➞ Submit your setup diagram at least two weeks before your event.
