The Garden Room & Courtyard
The Garden Room offers a charming and intimate setting with an inviting indoor space and a beautiful outdoor courtyard, making it ideal for weddings, showers, meetings, and celebrations. Inside, the space features French doors, wainscoting, wood flooring, decorative drop lamps, and stylish wallpaper, creating an elegant atmosphere. A small staging kitchen is available, equipped with a sink, counter space, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer.
The adjoining tiled courtyard provides a peaceful outdoor setting with lush flowers and a tranquil fountain, perfect for receptions or gatherings. While amplified sound is not permitted, Bluetooth speakers or small CD players may be used. BBQs and open flames are not allowed in the courtyard. Food trucks are permitted with prior approval and must park on 24th Street.

Steps to Book a Room:
➞ Choose a space that fits your needs.
➞ Review rental policies & rates to ensure a good fit.
➞ Submit a rental inquiry form (submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation).
➞ A staff member will contact you within 48 hours to confirm availability.
➞ If available, pay the deposit and any required rental fees, then sign and return the contract within 24 hours to secure your booking.
➞ Submit your setup diagram at least two weeks before your event.
