Empowerment Theological Seminary offers a time efficient and affordable way to earn the following seminary degrees: Certificates; Associates; Bachelors; Masters and Doctoral. The local Sacramento-area Amnesty International group meets monthly to discuss human rights issues and plan local activities and events and campaign for a world where human rights are enjoyed by all.  They have focused mainly on immigrant and refugee issues in the past year.
