Curtis Fest Artisan Spotlight: Vosswood Stonelove Jewelry

Made by hand by Vosswood’s founder and maker, Matthew Rivera, his mission is to provide strong bracelets, made to last, with a deeper meaning.

The name Vosswood is a combination of an ancestors name and wood as in trees with deep roots to have continuous growth as in a forest.

The love for stones! Most of us have collected different stones and semi-precious gemstones growing up. Even now as adults our curiosity to the rawness of these types of crystals and stones never went away.

When Matthew sources the stones, he first looks for natural stones that have stunning color. After making a bracelet he will study each particular stone and fully appreciate the beauty with a deeper meaning.

The 13th Annual Curtis Fest will feature over 75 local artisans under the beautiful canopy of trees at Curtis Park.  Artists and makers include painters, sculptors, textile artists, and wood workers.  Live music, food trucks, a kids Zone and a pet refreshment station makes this a great way to finish out the summer.

This free event is open to the public and followed by Music in the Park. Come to our free event to support local artists, bring a picnic blanket and chairs to sit on while you watch the musicians or eat your food truck tasties from Kados Asian GrillMasa Giuseria, or Cowtown Creamery.

Thank our sponsors for their support!
