Curtis Hall is a spacious carpeted banquet facility with permanent dance floor and linoleum buffet area. Adjoining courtyard is perfect for additional reception, seating or ceremony space. Wall of windows opens onto shaded courtyard – great natural light! Audio system available.

Staging kitchen available and includes: sink, large counters, microwave, and refrigerator. No freezer or ice maker available. No oven or stove available, either. We do not permit any BBQs or open flame cooking or taco carts in our courtyard either. Food trucks permitted with Sierra 2 prior approval and must park on 24th Street.

How to Reserve a Room

Our booking calendar changes daily so, please email [email protected] or call the office at (916) 452-3005 ext. 200 to check availability or to make an appointment to view the facility. In order to reserve a room you must complete the following steps:

  1. Find a room that suits your needs.
  2. Review our rental policies and rental rates.
  3. Complete and submit a rental inquiry form. Please note that submitting a request form does not guarantee your rental.
  4. You will be contacted by a booking staff member within 48 hours of completing the form.
  5. If the room is available, you must pay the deposit and any rental fees due at the time, sign and return the contract and policy agreement within 24 hours to secure your booking.
  6. You will be given a room diagram to indicate your setup needs. This must be completed and returned at least two weeks prior to your rental.
