The Garden Room and Courtyard

A charming room and outdoor courtyard great for many different types of occasions.

The Garden Room has decorator wallpaper, french doors, wainscoting, wood flooring, drop lamps, and small staging kitchen (includes: sink, counter space, microwave, refrigerator/freezer).

The outdoor tiled courtyard features a variety of flowers and a peaceful fountain. No amplified sound allowed inside or outside of this room – bluetooth speakers or small CD players are fine. A great room for weddings, showers, meetings, and parties.

No BBQs or open flames allowed in courtyard. Food trucks allowed with Sierra 2 prior approval and must park on 24th Street.

How to Reserve a Room

Our booking calendar changes daily so, please email Rent@sierra2.org or call the office at (916) 452-3005 ext. 200 to check availability or to make an appointment to view the facility. In order to reserve a room you must complete the following steps:

  1. Find a room that suits your needs.
  2. Review our rental policies and rental rates.
  3. Complete and submit a rental inquiry form. Please note that submitting a request form does not guarantee your rental.
  4. You will be contacted by a booking staff member within 48 hours of completing the form.
  5. If the room is available, you must pay the deposit and any rental fees due at the time, sign and return the contract and policy agreement within 24 hours to secure your booking.
  6. You will be given a room diagram to indicate your setup needs. This must be completed and returned at least two weeks prior to your rental.
