Welcome to Meaningful Marks; Watercolors. This class for adults at all levels. We will learn fundamental skills and explore the limits of this fascinating medium and beyond to paint diverse examples of human figures using a wide variety of techniques that reflect your authenticity and meaning.

About the teacher:
I love teaching art! As an award-winning artist, former teacher of the year, and instructor at the Crocker Art Museum, I bring over 2 decades experience teaching hundreds of students all levels, young and old, helping them reconnect with their natural creativity.

More about the course:
Meaningful Marks provides watercolor instruction designed to accelerate your learning, retain more, and have fun. This course will guide and support your transition to art that is full of freedom, accuracy, and meaning. In 5 steps, Instructor Larry Ramos will help you realign your drawing and watercolors and create more naturally.

What to expect:

  • Learning and exploring various watercolor techniques.
  • Refine sketching skills and create your painting.
  • Checking for understanding throughout the class, expanding knowledge, and
    refining your skill set.
  • Each participant should bring their own brush, watercolor papers, watercolor paints,
    pencil, eraser.

A paint kit is available to purchase with your class registration.
