Through expert instruction and guidance, you will gain the skills and confidence to create your own jams and jellies at home. You will be sent home with everything needed to craft your own delicious batches from scratch as well as a jar of Gooses homemade jelly from the presentation. Students will be given the opportunity to observe Goose creating her jam and will get the recipe to create 9 jars of your own at home!
