“Cardinals appear when angels are near.”
In December when we celebrate new beginnings as we recreate the beautiful red cardinal which symbolizes passion, creativity and hope. Many people believe that seeing a cardinal is an uplifting sign from our departed loved ones to remind us that they are living forever in our hearts. We will learn more about color and blending and when completed, our picture can be framed and hung or given as a one-of-a-kind gift.
Introduction to Drawing is a series of monthly workshops designed for those ages 16 and up. It is ideal for beginners or those wishing to refresh their drawing skills. This informal, educational class is a great way to develop your confidence and drawing skills, and to meet others with similar interests in a welcoming environment. Local artist and teacher, Marie Taylor, is the instructor for Introduction to Drawing.
