Even though we still have to roast our turkeys, you can pick-up an Angel Tree tag in the lobby at Sierra 2 (starting November 10th) and fulfill the holiday wish of a child in our community. Clubs, office teams, neighbors on the same street might like to group together to sponsor a number of children. If you do, please let us know. We would love to share your story.
Angel Tree matches donors with children from qualified families through a program managed by the Salvation Army. This year Sacramento’s television station Channel 10, an ABC affiliate, has joined the program as a partner.
Last year the program helped more than 9,000 families and 21,000 children with gifts and new clothes and coats. Curtis Park neighbors have always been generous. For questions, call the Sierra 2 office at 451-3005.
