The disruption to and dismantling of progressive policies, programs, and longstanding democratic institutions in the U.S. demand that we pay attention, understand the potential and actual consequences, and act. Democracy at a Crossroads is a community conversation with five notable panelists, that will help inform residents on the current administration activities affecting immigrants, LGBTQ individuals, higher education, and the media in the Sacramento region. Together we will learn what can be done to protect their democratic values and policy priorities.
