Angel Tree Coming To Sierra 2!

The Sierra 2 Center staff in partnership with the Salvation Army is pleased to host the Angel Tree in the Sierra Curtis Neighborhood.  The tree adorned with tags will be ready, bright and early on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, in the entry of the Sierra 2 Center.

We invite you to help us meet our goal of 100 donated gifts from the Sierra Curtis neighborhood.   All you need to do is drop by the S2 center to find your perfect tag and return those gifts to the main office staff by Noon December 13, 2024.  All gifts will be departing from Sierra 2 on December 14 via the Salvation Army truck.  If you miss this cut-off, you will be responsible for taking your Angel gifts directly to Cal Expo by December 17.

Please remember to enter the tag information and your information on the Sign out Log, located on the podium next to the tree.  Grab 1 bag for each Angel tag, taken bags will be located on the shelf below.  Feel free to pick up a copy of how the program works as it contains the deadline to return your unwrapped gifts.  When you return your gifts to the Sierra 2 Main Office, please return the bottom portion of the Angel Tree tag with your gift – please tape the tag to the item.

S2 Office hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am-4:30pm and Friday’s 8:00 am-4pm.  If you drop off your gift when the office is closed, please be sure to call our facility staff 916. 812.4939 and one of our “elves” will help you.  Please do not leave your gifts under the tree or in the hallways.

The Staff of Sierra 2 is truly grateful for all the neighbors who have given so generously in years past and hope you will once again be an angel and participate this year.
