Curtis Fest Artisan Spotlight: The Green Anvil Studio

After working as a Product Designer for a housewares wholesaler in Illinois and having her designs sell at Crate and Barrel, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond and other places, Mina Andujar, the woman behind The Green Anvil Studio, moved to the beautiful and peaceful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains where she lives with her husband. It was here she rediscovered her love for jewelry making.

Her work is easily recognized for the mixed metals such as sterling silver, copper, and brass, and for the use of patinas, textures, and fold-forming techniques.

The 13th Annual Curtis Fest will feature over 75 local artisans under the beautiful canopy of trees at Curtis Park.  Artists and makers include painters, sculptors, textile artists, and wood workers.  Live music, food trucks, a kids Zone and a pet refreshment station makes this a great way to finish out the summer.

This free event is open to the public and followed by Music in the Park. Come to our free event to support local artists, bring a picnic blanket and chairs to sit on while you watch the musicians or eat your food truck tasties from Kados Asian GrillMasa Giuseria, or Cowtown Creamery.

A big thanks to our sponsors Grateful DogSteffan Brown RealtyRenewal by AndersenSt. Hope Public Schools, and Farm Fresh to You for helping to make the fair possible.
