WarmLine provides resources & support to families of children with special needs birth to age 22 in Sacramento, Placer, Yolo, El Dorado, Nevada and Alpine Counties. They are staffed by parents who share the common experience of parenting a child with special needs. There is no charge and no referral is necessary. Their mission is to provide information, education, and support to promote and strengthen the foundation of families and children with special needs to face the challenges of the present and create new dreams for the future.
