Caltrans is investing in Highway 99 improvements between Highway 50 and Calvine Road as part of the State’s new Clean California program! Caltrans wants feedback from nearby residents, businesses, neighborhood associations, community-based organizations, and others on a uniform ‘soundwall aesthetic’ to be painted along this 9-mile corridor.
Please vote for your favorite soundwall design from the options below, which were developed by Caltrans.
