This class is for older adults who want to try yoga! Beginners and intermediate participants welcome! In this class, we invite you to: come as you are, do what you can, and leave knowing you’re a little closer to your goals, whatever they may be.
We just want you to FEEL GOOD! Whether you make a friend, feel more flexible, strengthen your muscles, or just get out of the house for an hour, feel good that you came to your local senior yoga class!
Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable exercise-friendly clothing.
