YOGA FOR WINTER MELANCHOLY

Do you find that the approach of winter can bring a certain sort of melancholy? In this workshop, we’ll come together in community to practice welcoming this bittersweet season. In kind acceptance of the changing needs of our body during this time, we will slow down, nurture our well being, and rest. Our practice will include gentle, accessible yoga postures, calming and nourishing breath practices, as well as meditative techniques to center and ground as we move into winter.
