Vendor Applications for Curtis Fest

Thank you for your interest in vending at the return of Curtis Fest! Curtis Fest Artisan Fair will take place on Sunday, June 26th from 10am to 4pm in William Curtis Park, near Sutterville Road and Franklin Blvd. in Sacramento, California.This year we are moving the event to June, instead of our traditional August date, in hopes of cooler weather. Music in the Park will start in the same location at 6pm.
This event is a community building festival where folks of all sorts can share their passion for creating! This application process is to ensure that goods sold:
- are of high quality,
- made by people in our community, and
- represent a wide variety of artistic endeavors.
Booth cost is $75 for single business booths and $100 for shared booths. Setup for the event will start at 8am. Vendors will be assigned a space roughly 10 feet square, but we encourage vendors to leave a few feet between their neighbors for covid safety. Booths will be setup back-to-back in pods of 10 with walkways around the pod; pods will be in rows across the short dimension of the park, facing either north or south. We heard your feedback about late-day sun in the eyes and have rotated the rows to avoid that this year. Booth removal may begin at 4pm and must be completed by 6pm.
There is no electricity or free wifi in the park. You must bring all your own materials, shade, furniture, etc. The booths will be located under a canopy of shade trees. We will work to secure volunteers to help with move in and move out (let us know if you know a group who can help). The event will include hand-washing and sanitizing stations and temporary bathrooms. Food trucks and live music will be at the north end of the event.

To fill out the form you will need to provide your name, email, zip code and information about your business and what you sell including a link to images of your work (here are some sharing options). The application window is from Friday, February 18th through Sunday, March 13. Please email questions or images to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Covid has changed everything! We will provide more space between booths this year and spread out the event to keep everyone safe.
We cannot offer refunds if the event gets cancelled; but we will not cancel the event unless the government revokes our permit. If the event is cancelled, you will be invited to participate in the rescheduled event at no additional cost.
