Join in this 6-week late summer series to enhance your body and mind and learn a movement series you can take with you anywhere. Attend the series (recommended) or drop-ins also welcome. Help ease your stress and improve your balance.
The class is intended for beginners and those with more experience that want to deepen their practice. A Yang style beginner form and beginner push hands will be introduced.
Cost:
Early Bird – RSVP by 8/3 (and paid by 1st class, 8/13) – $90 for series
Regular – Paid by 1st class, 8/13 – $95 for series
Drop-in $17 each

About the instuctor:
Angela Noorda has practiced qi gong and tai chi for seven years, including detailed training from Daniel Pfister and teacher training classes from TaiChiHealth. She finds so many benefits of the practice including reduced stress and anxiety, less pain, and improved flexibility. She also has 20 years of yoga experience, including 200-hr yoga teacher training in hatha yoga. Angela teaches classes for beginners who want to start with simple movements and work to more complex movements, and she also teaches more advanced students who want to learn the more complex Cheng Man-chi’ng 37 movement form.
