If you have ever fallen, have poor balance or are worried about falling this class has been designed for you. A great class for strengthening the body to prevent future injuries. Movements to guide you through proper body alignment, balance, and breathing. Low impact class with exercises both seated and standing. Wear comfortable clothing, tennis shoes and bring a yoga mat and bottled water.
