A great class for strengthening the body to prevent future injuries!

Note: Participants must pre-register to attend class. Class is limited to 6 attendees per session and only pre-registered participants will be admitted. Our classes are designed to include proper spacing between students; time for cleaning between activities; and masks are to be worn in shared spaces (i.e. hallways, bathrooms, and during class if the instructor requires it.)
Note: Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water!
Movements to guide you through proper body alignment, balance, and breathing. Low impact class. Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Exercises are both seated and standing.
