The Heartfulness Institution’s mission is to encourage self-development, stress management, and an evolution of consciousness through a heart-centered lifestyle. Their programs offer a variety of simple, gradual relaxation and inner-journey solutions to help us solve our problems and be the best we can possibly be in all walks of life. In this class you will be guided to various Heartfulness practices such as relaxation and meditation.
Relax, Meditate, Cleanse and Reflect:
– Learning to relax is vital for well-being. It reduces tension in all parts of your body and helps you to stay balanced even in stressful situations.
– With regular Heartfulness Meditation, your mind will become centered and shift to deeper levels of consciousness.
– Cleansing fosters lightness of being joy and a carefree attitude, as emotional burdens, habits, deep conditioning and complexities are removed.
– Through a simple bedtime reflection and prayerful intention, you can connect humbly with your inner self, listen to your heart’s voice, and weave your destiny.
