Join local real estate expert Leanna Halldorf and mortgage lender Mark DiMercurio for an in-depth look at first-time home buying. Attendees will start with a presentation from Mark on the 4 pillars of pre-approval for a mortgage, which includes credit, income, debts, and assets.
Then, Leanna will walk you through the process of finding a home, making a strong offer, and learning what the heck escrow is! The goal of this class is that you walk away with all your questions and concerns addressed and to be excited to start the process. There will be time for Q&A.
Light food & drink will be provided. All participants will get handouts and the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one buyer consultation to set a personalized financial plan for buying a home.
