A yoga class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body.

Fees paid to instructor: $10/drop-in; $30/ 4-classes; $60/ 8-classes
Note: Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water!
This class is led by certified yoga instructor Pat Shaw. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs, and straps are used for safe practice and to allow the body to fully achieve positions comfortably. Movements are slow-paced and focus is placed on stretching all muscle groups to release stress and tension. Floorwork is optional.
