A yoga class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body.
Wednesdays, returning June 23rd
10 a.m. – 11 a.m. in Room 12
Fee: $10/drop-in; $30/ 4-classes; $60/ 8-classes
Note: Participants must pre-register to attend class. Class is limited to 6 attendees per session and only pre-registered participants will be admitted. Our classes are designed to include proper spacing between students; time for cleaning between activities; and masks are to be worn in shared spaces (i.e. hallways, bathrooms, and during class if the instructor requires it.)
Note: Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water!
This class is led by certified yoga instructor Pat Shaw. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, chairs and straps are used for safe practice and to allow the body to fully achieve positions comfortably. Movements are slow-paced and focus is placed on stretching all muscle groups to release stress and tension. Floorwork is optional.
