Simple postures, co-ordination of movement and breath, and techniques of deep relaxation and mindfulness for stress relief and cultivation of well-being. This class is accessible for all bodies and all levels, and plenty of adaptations are offered to make the practice work for you! Classes are offered as monthly series that start fresh at the beginning of each month, and pre-registration is required. Instructor, Madeleine Lohman, keeps class sizes intentionally small, so she can offer the attention and communication this style of practice requires.
