Fall Prevention: Flex, Stretch and Balance

An event every week that begins at 11:30am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating indefinitely
A great class for strengthening the body to prevent future injuries!
Tuesdays & Thursdays
11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. in Room 12 (Room 11 on Thursdays)
Fees: $20/ 4 classes or $35/ 8 classes
Please pay the instructor directly (unless using a credit card– visit the main office.)
Please note the first class is free for new students!
Movements to guide you through proper body alignment, balance and breathing. Low impact class. Wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Exercises are both seated and standing.
