The Northern Eagle Claw Kung Fu system is ideal for both men and women of various age groups, body types, and athletic ability. Participants will experience the benefits of self defense, fitness, and discipline.
Classes are held in Studio 2:
Monday: 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Wednesday: 6:00pm – 7:15pm
Saturday: 11:00am – 12:30pm
