We take care to balance the variety of vendors. If you are invited to vend you will be sent a follow up email with a link to register and pay for your booth space. We cannot offer refunds if the event gets cancelled; but we will not cancel the event unless the government revokes our permit or the weather makes the event impossible. If the event is cancelled, you will be invited to participate in the rescheduled event at no additional cost.

Key Vendor Dates

• Application/Registration Window: Feb. 18- March 31
• Event Setup: 8am to 10am on Sunday, June 4th
• Event Close and Clean Up: 4pm to 6pm on June 4th
