Come learn Tai Chi, the meditative art of internal power generation! Held on Sundays from 12:30-1:30 in Studio 2, this class focuses on the fundamentals of relaxation, vertical alignment, and root. You will learn the Tai Chi 37 posture short form and basic drills derived from it. This class is for beginners, but those experienced in movement are encouraged to come too. Comfortable, loose-fitting attire and flat shoes work best.
