I enjoy creating handmade delicious chocolate candy and treats and then sharing them with my customers. I love when my chocolate makes someone smile! I learned to make chocolate from my family who has been in the chocolate industry for nearly 30 years.

What is your favorite product or piece you’ve made lately?

Fruit and Nut Medley bark which is made with Belgium dark chocolate and a mix of cashews, almonds, pistachios, cranberries, mango, apricot, and other fruits. Its one of my favorites because I am able to mix different nuts and fruits based upon their availability. A customer called it trail mix in chocolate!

What sorts of things are inspiring you right now? Where do you look for inspiration?

I am inspired by the variety of scrapbooking paper available and I want create custom paper packaging for my chocolate. I look for inspiration wherever I go. I am often looking for items that I can use creatively to decorate my store.
