Initial Study

As part of the environmental review for the UP Railyard development project, the city prepared a Notice of Preparation and an Initial Study. The Neighborhoods Working Group commented on the Notice of Preparation in December 1998.

The Neighborhoods Working Group uses e-mail to keep the neighborhood informed on the latest railyard developments.
